2. Account Registration

To use Magic Trade, you must:

List cards you have available for sale or trade

Not engage in fraudulent or misleading activities
Not harass, abuse, or harm other users
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Trading Guidelines

Magic Trade is a matching platform. We do not facilitate transactions directly. All trades, sales, and communications happen between users.

MoxTCG is not responsible for:

The quality, condition, or authenticity of cards
Failed trades or disputes between users
Lost, damaged, or counterfeit cards
Payment issues or fraud

Users trade at their own risk. We recommend meeting in person or using secure payment methods.

5. Intellectual Property

Magic: The Gathering is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Card images and data are sourced from Scryfall (scryfall.com) and used under fair use for informational purposes.

The Magic Trade platform, design, and code are owned by MoxTCG. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoxTCG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Magic Trade.

This includes, but is not limited to: lost profits, data loss, service interruptions, or damages resulting from trades with other users.

7. GDPR & Data Protection

Magic Trade complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and respects your privacy rights.

7.1 What Data We Collect

We collect and process the following personal data:

Account Information: Email address, username, password (encrypted)
Profile Information: Location (city), contact preferences (email, Telegram, WhatsApp)
Trading Data: Wanted cards, offered cards, quantities, foil preferences
Activity Data: Notifications, match results, contact clicks
Usage Data: Login timestamps, last activity

7.2 Why We Collect This Data

We use your data to:

Provide the trading matching service
Connect you with nearby traders who have matching cards

7.3 How Long We Retain Your Data

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you request anonymization, your personal identifiers will be removed after a 30-day waiting period.

We do not automatically delete data due to inactivity. Data is retained indefinitely unless you request anonymization.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Modified" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
